About Natec
Natec Development Ltd. is a real estate developer in Gazipur and a young apartment developer in Bangladesh, established in 2023 and based at Rajendrapur Bazar, Sreepur. Our three residential buildings — Shobuj Angon, Shobuj Aloy and Shobuj Digonto — add up to 75 flats in Sreepur, and every one of them is sold.
We handle the whole journey: land acquisition, project planning, financing guidance, permits and approvals, building design, construction management, marketing and sales, and property management. Two upcoming projects in Gazipur are next.
